Join us for a no-drop (no one left behind) beginner-friendly train run series which occurs at rotating locations throughout the Roanoke Valley. Led by staffer Erica and friend-of-the-shop Lisa  (Muddy Squirrel, LLC), these free meet-ups are geared toward safe and fun access of local trails and routes from area eateries and other small businesses. Updates on meetup changes will be made on individual event FB pages and social media channels. All fitness levels welcome!
