It’s cold outside and it gets dark early, but don’t let that stop you from meeting your cycling goals this winter.
Hustle/Haven and ISI Gym Roanoke will be in-store at our Grandin Village location so you can explore the many options for winter indoor training.
The Cardinal staff will lead a class on indoor riding and tips for cold weather riding. And let you try out trainers, the apps that go with them.
Bring your workout clothes, as ISI and Hustle/Haven will be leading mini-sessions to try out these winter training options.
The cafe and bar will be open with food and drink before or after the class. This class is open to all Femme, Trans, Women, and Non-Binary riders and athletes.
