Our lakes have it all from a large lake with miles of shoreline — Smith Mountain Lake is the largest in Virginia! — or a small lake where you can get away. And there’s plenty to do: Pile your friends onto a pontoon boat, load your rod and tackle box into a fishing boat, or try your hand at wakeboarding or stand up paddling; you can even rent a house boat for an overnight stay.

Located near Smith Mountain Lake in Union Hall, Franklin County, Black Water Junction has two cables that pull riders across three different ponds, each filled with multiple obstacles that allow a rider to work on jumps, rail slides, and all the accompanying tricks.
