A River Called Home (movie viewing)

Join filmmaker Jess Wiegandt at Starr Hill Brewery in Roanoke for a screening of her film, “A River Called Home,” on May 21 at 1pm!
This documentary follows the journey of four women on the James River in Virginia as they explore the health of the river’s environment. More information about the film can be found at www.jesswiegandt.com/arch.
A Q&A with the filmmaker will take place after the screening. For every pint of beer purchased, $1 will be donated from Starr Hill to Roanoke Outside to support their work in the outdoors.
