We all have something to express! Join us for a series in partnership with the Healing Arts program this summer and fall to reflect on your healing journey through the arts.

We invite you to share original work, including visual art, creative writing, poetry, movement or music. Events will be facilitated by our artist-in-residence, Bryan “Harvest Blaque” Hancock.

All events at Morningside Urban Farm are FREE to open to everyone. The farm is located at the end of Morgan Ave on the right side of the street. Please park on the farm side of the street. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Attendees can take home free, fresh produce as supplies last.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR OUTDOOR COMMUNITY HEALTH AND OUTREACH EVENTS:

1) Participants will go through a brief health screening upon arrival.

2) Social distancing guidelines will be followed and maintained (6 feet apart).

3) Face masks are not required for attendees.

In the event of rain or extreme heat, event will be moved to an indoor location. Registered attendees will be notified of location change via email, or you can check calendar or call Carilion Direct to confirm event status.
