Join the Roanoke Valley Trail Runners club for a weekly run usually on a mix of road and trial. No runner left behind, and a light source is required during certain times of the year.

November 2- Bar2Star Group Run:  Choose from a 5-mile trail run or 5.5-mile road run. Starts and ends at Lew’s Restaurant, up Mill Mountain to the star and back.

November 9 – Chestnut Ridge Loop Group Run: Meet at the Chestnut Ridge Overlook parking lot.

November 16 – Mill Mountain Discovery Center:  Starting at the Discovery Center. Down Ridgeline, take a left at the intersection to cross the road to Monument. Monument to the old road. Up the old road to Big Sunny. Big Sunny to Riser. Riser to the intersection. Left onto Ridgeline back to the start. Social hour at Lew’s Restaurant to follow.
