In Honor of Earth Day and Arbor Day, take a hike with foresters and naturalists to learn all about trees and the forest ecology of Explore Park. Learn about tree parts and function, while learning to identify different species. Find out the benefits and importance of trees to life in the Park and the Earth. After the hike make a tree cookie necklace to mark the occasion and take home a tree checklist. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required for all persons in attendance. Please dress for the weather.
