Did you know biking can be a 4-season activity? Even during the cold winter months, bicycling can be an excellent way to get exercise, see the sights, and commute to work. In this evening workshop, you’ll learn from Steve Ambruzs, owner of Downshift Bikes (and avid 4 season cyclist!) tips and tricks for staying warm while biking in all types of weather. We’ll discuss clothing layering systems, winter cycling gear and how to outfit your bike during the winter months, as well as nutrition and winter riding skills. A tasty beverage of your choice is included with your registration.
